If your computer isn’t performing the way you would like or if you are experiencing problems with your computer or any other device like printers, scanner, monitors or laptop please call us out. We offer a no fix no fee service to you and we can pick the device for free within 25 miles around Wrexham, repair it and bring it back to you. Upgrades are sometimes a very cheap way of improving the performance of your computer without the need to spend hundreds of pounds on a new system. PC4Networks can offer you very competitive prices on all upgrades from memory and graphics cards to sound systems. We stock necessary parts for your computer and we will fix it as soon as possible so you can use it again fast and without fault. We also repair all brands of Tablets.

Remote diagnostics

In some circumstances PC4Networks may offer you remote assistance to enable us to investigate problems you are experiencing. This can greatly speed up fault correction and save you money.

If we can solve your problems per remote diagnostics, we will guide you through the tasks required to set up the remote diagnostic system. We will be allowed access to your computer to solve your problems but you will be able to cancel this at any time and you can see what we are doing on your computer to fix it.

For security reasons we do not offer this service to new customers as you need to see us personally first. Please never allow anyone to access your PC without understand the need and the company trying to access it.

We sell reconditioned PC’s, laptops and desktops, most only 18 month old and some still with factory warranty (If they don’t, you’ll get a warranty from us).
